Refund policy

• 3-Day Rule - Request for exchange/on-line credit on eligible terms must be made within 3 days from purchase date. 
• Returns are accepted for exchange only on eligible items 
• Items must be in new condition, unworn, free of customer damages, and have all original tags/packages .
• For returns without receipt, an equal value exchange will be honored.

Returns via shipping methods:

• Email treviboutique.4@gmail.com to start a return.  Please include your Name, item returning, and reason for return, also include your contact information. 
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. 
• Not responsible for any lost packages, customer is responsible for tracking of their return package.
